&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I called Square last night. They could not help me because it was Sunday.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black, avant garde"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;I called back Monday morning and was on the call for 30 minutes when he said, "Let me put you on hold for a second." Then, a new agent picked up the call &amp;amp; had no idea what we were talking about.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black, avant garde"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;She said the original agent would definitely call me back as this is Square policy on disconnected calls. (WRONG) No call back!!&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black, avant garde"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;Now I am 45 minutes into the 3rd call &amp;amp; am sitting on hold.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
