I am LIVID…!! Please unlock my acct. This is so unreal. I need my funds, How do you lock my acct and there’s no one to assist me???? At least email or try to contact me before you freeze my HARD earned funds. I can not understand how adding a card to ADD FUNDS TO SQUARE can be a problem?? How is that suspicious???? It’s not like trying to withdraw money, I was trying to ADD FUNDS to square. Why would you freeze my funds for that??? This is my last week here at square., I will be a new customer of TOAST. I have had enough of this bad business and this really crossed the line😡😡 Someone needs to contact me NOW, So I can feed my babies🙏🏽🙏🏽

As @DinaLRosenberg said you would need to call customer service, their number is in my signature line below. No one here can see in your account or say why it is locked, or answer any of your other questions as we are mainly only other businesses that help users with setup or other types of answers pertaing to general questions with Square. All account and holds would need to go through Support.

Now since your account was locked after you tried to Add funds to your Square account the only thing I can guess is that if the funds came from your Personal account to your Business account this is frowned upon and sometimes illegal under federal laws depending how your account is setup.
