Classes on Appointments Page on Square Online

Hello, I'm looking for help with Square > Appointments > Classes

In my Appointments dashboard, I've created classes and assigned them to categories, for two locations. Online Booking is enabled.

In my Square Online editor I've added an Appointments page. A "Classes" tab appears in the Service list section. The individual classes do not appear on the Appointments page. When the "Classes" tab is clicked a page is launched that shows the classes available for the location selected.

Is it possible to populate the individual Classes in the services list on the Appointments page?

I apologize! I am just seeing this. 😞

Are you still having issues with the individual classes showing? I could be looking at this wrong but when I click book I am seeing a list of services. Is this what you are referring?

When you have a moment please reply back with more details and I can dive into this.

Hello @MayaP Thank you for your reply!

I'm looking for help with populating individual classes on the Appointments page services list section so visitors can "shop" for classes and then book.

For example, on the attached screenshots –

A. The website editor view of an Appointments page on my test Square Online website, Services section, Classes navigation tab.

The individual classes/titles/descriptions/book links are not populated on the page.

B. The website editor view of an Appointments page on my Square Online business website, Services section, Services navigation tab. The individual services/titles/descriptions/book links are populated on the page so visitors can review and choose.

Today, a Square LMDA Specialist replied the following to a support email I submitted on this topic, "…the individual classes in the services list on the Appointments page isn’t currently available for Square Appointments."

So, I'm open to any work arounds that would populate class descriptions on the Appointments page. Otherwise, I would advise clients/sellers to add a Text and image section to a website page and manually enter classes descriptions with links to the auto-generated booking page.

I appreciate any additional guidance and your continued support!

Thanks for your patience @taylorandjones. I am happy to help!

A couple of things here. The first one is that you haven't made your services bookable online by toggling that option on each service from within the site editor.

The second issue is that even when I did toggle one of the services to be bookable online, I went into the service details and it says that the service hasn't yet been assigned to a staff member, and until it is assigned to a staff member, it won't be visible online.
