      <title>Sale Prices Persisting on Website After Full Removal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve run into a major issue with old sale prices continuing to show on my Square Online site, even though I’ve completely removed them from my item library.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s what’s happening:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed all sale prices via bulk edit, manually, and even through a clean CSV upload with the Sale Price column completely cleared&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used Replace Item Library to fully overwrite the catalog&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve re-published the site multiple times and tested in multiple browsers and incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The item library shows zero sale prices, and the cart displays the correct price&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;But on my Shop All page and individual item pages, sale prices (with strikethrough) are still showing, sometimes reverting to sale prices from several versions ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried the workaround of temporarily setting a fake sale price and removing it again, but that didn’t work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is happening to nearly all 200+ items in my store. It feels like Square is pulling from an old cached version of sale price data and not letting go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone successfully fixed this without rebuilding their entire catalog from scratch? My changes are otherwise being published to my website, so it's definitely not a delay on that end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happening here.&amp;nbsp; Removed all sales prices yet everything is showing sales price on website.&amp;nbsp; When the item is added to the cart it is showing correct price.&amp;nbsp; This is making customers mad and making me deal with unhappy people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried looking at the website on several devices and already cleared the cache but they are still showing.&amp;nbsp; I need this fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
