I am new to square payroll and i it have been refusing to process. Support can't seems to help with it.

Hi there @naseem556.. Unfortunately there is not much your fellow sellers here can do. This is an error that only support can fix, so I'm surprised you can't figure it out there. There aren't any known-issues like this for Square Payroll at the moment. Based on the notification in the screenshot, this seems like an account-specific issue.
