    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help.&amp;nbsp; just set up new account.&amp;nbsp; not a big company or anything like that, just sell at farmers market.&amp;nbsp; some people want to pay with a card and didn't have the means.&amp;nbsp; another vendor suggested square.&amp;nbsp; I think my account is set up, just don't know where to go from here.&amp;nbsp; don't think I need a chip reader, at least not yet.&amp;nbsp; do not want anyone to touch my phone.&amp;nbsp; didn't see where to decline signatures.&amp;nbsp; and do I get that other plug in device sent to me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
