As &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/189215"&gt;@Candlestore&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned above, first, check your &lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/business/transfers?currentUnitToken=LZ9BHHB0TPP9T" target="_self"&gt;&lt;STRONG data-start="158" data-end="179"&gt;Transfer Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; in your Square Dashboard to see if your deposits are set to a scheduled transfer time.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="97" data-end="485"&gt;Also, review your &lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions" target="_self"&gt;&lt;STRONG data-start="285" data-end="308"&gt;Transaction History&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to confirm the payment was completed and not still pending.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/715660"&gt;@kellycrawford&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see the transaction in the Transactions Tab?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the sale was fir cash you would not see it in your Balance.&amp;nbsp; If it was by CC it might just be a delay to updating your Balance.&amp;nbsp; Check the Transaction Tap on the device that took the Payment, this updates right away, but another device may take a few minutes to download the sale after the original point of sale device uploads the information.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
