    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello tattoodayna,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a suggestion - setup up a Handling Fee item - it would be the same as setting up any item on your end - doing so avoids any issues for applying a “surcharge” for credit card processing fees as credit card processors have different policies for trying to charge a customer an additional charge for the cost of processing a fee for the cost of doing business. &amp;nbsp;If I understand your thoughts, you want to pass on the credit card processing fees to the buyer rather than you - this is understandable. &amp;nbsp;If you ensure that you are simply charging the customer a handling fee for processing their order, in most cases they will be OK with that (hey, most Ticket Sales sites do this.) &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again just a suggestion - perhaps others may have a better suggestion - actually would love to hear what others options are out there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best, JK&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Service Charges on Point of Sale app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue as all the others.&amp;nbsp; I added the Credit Card Convenience Fee tab to the service charges section of the dashboard but it is NOWHERE to be found on the POS.&amp;nbsp; I have been on the phone with customer service for one hour last week.&amp;nbsp; All she could come up with was to add it as a tax, which would automatically apply to ALL customers and I would have to remove the "added tax" for cash customers.&amp;nbsp; I was not happy with that solution as I knew this was not the proper way to apply the surcharge.&amp;nbsp; I called back yesterday, after 1 hr I was given the same resolution.&amp;nbsp; When I advised that is not how it is supposed to be added, especially according to this thread that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/139183"&gt;@isabelle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;started, she said she would call me back today.&amp;nbsp; That call never came so for a 3rd time I called customer support and again 1 HR LATER, she still could not resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; I told her it's not just me, that for over 1 mth people on this thread have the exact same complaint.&amp;nbsp; So, now I am once again waiting for a call back!!!!&amp;nbsp; This has been the most frustrating process!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
