      <title>Unable to connect OR disconnect QBO</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to connect Square to my QBO - but it always failed during the sync. So I thought I disconnect it and give it another try. I tried to disconnect it in QBO under myApps but it is not working. I click on disconnect, chose a reason and that's it, nothing happens. Going into my Square account, the connection is gone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've contacted QBO Support but they said Square is only able to help???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/223739"&gt;@JJ_&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the reply. I already had a chat session with support but they weren't able to help. The integration was already "disconnected" from my Square account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I had a long chat session with Intuit and they couldn't do anything else but escalate it to their developer team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems there is no "backdoor" to either delete the integration from my QBO account or do a "reset" so that I can start the authentication process again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
