Square is dead to me. You took money out of my bank account for engineering report services that I delivered but the customer ended up not using. How is that even legal.

I did reach out. I provided you guys with a copy of the report I delivered to my customer. The process went nowhere, and you took the fee I had earned for delivering the report right out of my bank account.
