Ok...looking to purchase a POS system. Finally able to get a "live" person on the phone to ask about options. They looked over the account, listened to my questions etc. Then said they were transferring it all to have a specifically assigned Acct Mngr and walk through a system as well as tweak our account to match our volume etc. " Expect the AM to contact you in a few days"

That was 11 days ago. I should have asked to have " few" defined ...

Hey AnnaB,

Square has several options - perhaps sharing what you plan to do would be helpful to the folks here for providing some suggestions. For example, you can go with just a smart phone and card reader or an iPad, Stand, Receipt Printer and Contactless Card Reader or an all-in-one reader printer or the total system which has a cash drawer, printer, terminal and customer facing interface - bottom line there's several options.
