      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, there would be issues that will arise from using someone else's SSN on their taxes.&amp;nbsp; None of this sounds good when you are asking about using someone else's SSN and also asking what will happen if your account gets in trouble.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is identity theft to use someone else's personal information and there are many laws regarding that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no reason to use someone else's info to open an account and only bad things can come of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
