The activation&amp;nbsp; code&amp;nbsp; has&amp;nbsp; never been&amp;nbsp; received&amp;nbsp; by the email&amp;nbsp; linked&amp;nbsp; with&amp;nbsp; the square account.&amp;nbsp; The code is not&amp;nbsp; sent to the spam&amp;nbsp; either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
