The on-hand inventory on the Sell Through Report is not updating.

Yes, we have been having this issue as well. A few says ago it showed 0 on hand for everything. Now it is showing different quantities for everything but none are accurate with what our item library shows. Very frustrating!

I just spent 58 minutes on the phone with a square rep “John .” I thoroughly explained the situation and provided an example. I was told I need to count my inventory and update my on-hand. That’s laughable - I have thousands of items. There is a system error. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was being transferred, but was hung up on.

This issue IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. I have a case number, but no action. The inventory sell-through report is not reflecting the correct on-hand inventory. I have spoken to two representatives, filed a case, received an email, but cannot get a fix to a critical process to operate my business.

We also have a case number but have received no update in a week. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the inventory sell through report began to function correctly yesterday, 5/20, with all stock levels reporting correctly! Unfortunately today, 5/21, it has gone back to presenting the same issues and incorrect stock levels again. Why did it work for just 1 day? They clearly have the ability to fix this, I don't understand why this is still happening.
