Live sales report errors

very unhappy with square. Had issue and reported it over 3 months ago and they even replicated the issue and acknowledged it!
best to let them have time to fix it then when try to enquire they say as it’s longer than 2 weeks!

Issue is when I do a live sales report on Monday it includes Sundays sales.

so if I do $5000 on Sunday my report on Monday shows $5000 for the day the moment we open. If we do $2000 on Monday it will show as $7000

all the other days do not include the previous day

loosing faith and ready to ditch square

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue. I tried to duplicate what you are saying and was unsuccessful. I'm wondering if you can verify that your settings for the report are comparable to this;
