Sales Tax showing on report after Refund (Cash)

I wanted to test the mobile app to confirm it was working to my store. I placed a fake order with a cash transaction. I then confirmed it worked then did a refund of full amount. I made my items to include the tax for simple transactions at fairs. (item is $189.13 + $10.87 in tax = $200 total) After I did the cash refund of $200, I checked my home page and it still states I have a net sale of $189.13 and on the Sales Tax Report, it still states I have $10.87 tax collected.

If I go to the Sales Summary page, that is correct and everything is zeroed out to having net total of $0.

Am I doing something wrong? or am I looking at this incorrectly? I would assume the tax would be refunded and fall off the report.
