Already have the money in account so when I go to withdraw I learned that I have to do verify my account, I tried to use a photo of ID and it does not work I tried to call customer service, they are very unhelpful. I have until the 16th of next month to verify my account, I don't know what happens next maybe they will close my account if I'm unable to, would this be resulting in losing my money on my account? what can I do? Is there anything possible? Or was this just a way to take my account?
