Can you tell me how I would get the balance on our Square account at close of business on our accounting year end date please? thanks

Hey @Timmers, thanks for your post!

You can view and generate your reports on your Square Dashboard for a specific period time.

Within this section, you'll see the option to create reports for item sales, category sales or overall sales trends. If needed, you can also create your own custom reports and populate it with the information you need.

I have the same query. I want to know my square balance on a specific day. I cant see balance on any reports

There are a few ways you can achieve this, depending on what you are looking for.

To check what has been sent to your bank account from your Square account:

Go to your Square Dashboard > Balance > View Transfers.
Filter to the desired date to see how much was sent to your bank account on that specific day.

To check the total transactions taken on a specific day:

Go to your Square Dashboard > Transactions.
Filter the to a specific date to see the total amount processed from each transaction.

To see your net total:

Go to your Square Dashboard > Reports > Sales Summary.
Filter to the desired date to see the net total.
