Need ASAP help with Accounting Sales Tax report in Illinois

Hello! My bookstore runs a monthly Reports>Accounting>Sales Tax report. We operate in the State of IL. Our report usually shows a line for the Illinois portion of the sales tax, and then a second line for the rest of the sales tax. This is a critical report for us because we file our IL sales tax monthly, the deadline for each month being the 20th of the following month.

However, for the month of September, the Illinois portion did not show up on the report. We have contacted Square support, and after two long online support chats, still do not have a fix to this report. When I try to call the number, it says they are unable to connect calls. When I try another support chat, it show "Loading Chat" but doesn't connect. We've been working on trying to get this fixed for two weeks because our state deadline is today. When we run the report for August, it is accurate. And for October so far, it is accurate. It's just not showing correctly for September.
