&lt;P&gt;I’ve been using the scheduled pick up option etc / kerbside for our deliveries &amp;nbsp;and having an item button for delivery at a standard rate. &amp;nbsp;We take most of our orders over the phone. &amp;nbsp;It’s proving great as we are letting our customers know before that “marked as ready” means it’s out on the road and when we have delivered hitting &amp;nbsp;“picked up”&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The feedback has been great so far. &amp;nbsp;Would you be able to implement the same for in house delivery options or maybe change the wording on scheduled to mark as “prepared” &amp;nbsp;for ready - and “fulfilled” instead of picked up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
