Using new API v3 we're getting error about location not authorized to accept payments

Hi we're a long time seller and trying to setup a new website with payment integration with the new square api v3 and everything is working in the sandbox but when we use production keys we are getting the error

"{"errors": [{"code": "UNAUTHORIZED","detail": "Not authorized to take payments with location_id=RTYPDYM8XMMR4","category": "AUTHENTICATION_ERROR"}]}

Is there something we need to do to enable a location to take payments? Thanks.

Hi @Sebvdr

After checking our logs, the team can't find anything with the location_id you provided that's on an actual account. It seems like the location_id is invalid. Double check the credentials you have.
