Hi @mikeylee! Thanks for joining the Seller Community.

First off, if you want to change your company information, you'll want to head to the Account & Settings tab within your online Dashboard. If you click the Business tab, you can change your business name from that page.

In order to change your logo, you'll want to head to your Weebly Online Store editor. Click on Setup Guide in the upper right hand corner > Design Website > then you can click into the tab on the left hand side that says Logo. From there you're able to replace the current logo that is shown.
