I have a client not being able to book saying “Json parse error: unexpected eof”

im also having the same issue booking with another stylist on a different website, different area, etc. Is it something I can fix? I’ve never had this issue before

I am having the same problem now. It was working earlier yesterday afternoon but stopped working yesterday evening.

Hi all. It looks like we had some reports through our support channels of this happening, but the engineers were able to resolve it quickly.

Can you please let us know if anyone is still having some trouble on this thread?

Hi @luxurylashlove Can you reach out to our support team when you get a chance? I think it would be best to have you speak with a rep who is able to access your account to view the settings.
