&lt;P&gt;If you processed the payment with Square as your payment processor on your Wix website, then you can issue the refund from your Online Dashboard:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Visit&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Transactions&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;in your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;online Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the payment you’d like to refund &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue Refund&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the box next to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to refund the entire sale, select the specific items you’d like to refund, or tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Refund Amount&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to refund a specific dollar amount.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select a reason for the refund. Reasons for a refund can be selected at the item level and for the entire sale.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue Refund&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Refunds processed through square on a mobile device must be requested and completed within 120 days of the original transaction. Payments refunded via your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;online Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;can be refunded within one year of the original transaction date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Payments accepted before October 2018 must be refunded within &lt;STRONG&gt;120 days.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once this window has passed, you must issue refunds outside of Square.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I got to the customers transaction just like you instructed. However the entire transaction is the only thing that shows. The total amount. I only need to refund some shipping. My website overcharged on the shipping. I need to give a partial refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will get an email confirming you've refunded the payment yes.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend checking out our &lt;A href="http://squareup.com/help" target="_blank"&gt;Support Center&lt;/A&gt; for questions like these as it should be able to answer them!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
