&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reaching out about eGift Cards. Whenever you refunded the gift card it zeroes out, so it cannot be used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since it is a zero balance invoice, the email if sent will show $0.00.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Currently, there isn't a button or drop down menu tasked to stop the email directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a guest who purchased an eGift Card for someone else. They scheduled it to send on a future day. They no longer want to send the eGift Card and would like a refund. I was able to refund the customer and clear the balance. However, it appears the gift card will still be emailed to the original recipient but now with a zero balance. I cannot figure out how to stop the email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
