Is there a way to make it so online coupon codes can only be used ONCE PER PERSON OR EMAIL? We want to keep up the same code but some customers will continue to use it

Coupon redemption can't be restricted to 1 per person. As long as the coupon is active, customers can use the code an unlimited amount of times.

Hey @Cafeto

Another option is to use a Marketing Campaign that automatically assigns One-Time-Use random 6 digit coupon codes to each recipient. They work with the in-store POS system and they are now supposed to work with Square Online Orders too.

Thanks @pessosices but we are a wholesaler so the POS doesn't really work the same for us. We just want the ecommerce coupon one per customer. Thanks for the advice on email marketing.

Is there a solution coming for this? It would be fantastic. 1 per customer/email or limit number of uses per customer.
