What happened to “we’ll take it from here”?

I’ve moved my domain hosting to weebly, I entered the authorization number from my old host...I’m way past the 48hr mark...no website. It’s Page Not Found. I’ve read the threads about this and similar problems and the Best Answer that always comes up isn’t helpful to me, I don’t know what half of it means. Please help.

So sorry you're having issues getting your domain transferred over to Weebly. Since it has been over the 48 hour mark, I am going to recommend contacting our CS Team directly to get to the bottom of this for you.
