Square POS and Shopventory

I use Square register for my POS at my brick & mortar spice store. I am building a Square Web but am having trouble connecting it to Shopventory. Shopventory support tells me I need to open a second Square account for the web. Square support tells me I do not. What questions should I be asking to make this work? My current web store is with Woo Commerce but I am having too many issues and need to change platforms. The spice inventory has a lot of variants that Shopventory does a great job managing.

HI, it can be frustrating to setup something that should be easy. Hopefully something can assist. Have you tried clearing your cache? Connecting to Shopventory from Square on the Square Marketplace? Reviewed the Shopventory Support Pages?
