Hello, I have a sales team that uses the Square app to send Payment Links via text. Is there a way for that sales rep to get notification once the payment has been made? Is there a way for anyone to get notified?

Here is an article on email notification that may be useful depending on how you have your sales team setup.

Alternatively, like that article states, you can setup a forwarding email rule within your email settings as well.

How do you track the invoices you send through the phone?

Sometimes we don't have customers present and we need to send them an invoice. We go to checkout, add in the item and send the payment link via text. BUT how do I know if they have paid this invoice? I am sure there are people that have not paid that we sent the links to. How do we track payments sent and received through this option?
