How do I fix this?

Bank of America has always been used for this business square account but for some reason Square pulled money from my personal checking account that was not on file nor authorized at that time. How is this possible?

You would have to Contact Support. The only things I can think of are if you have subscriptions linked to your account? Your deposits linked to this checking account? Your business account use your personal checking account as a backup to draw money when the business account is low?

Did you make a purchase from a vendor that uses square and you used your personal debit card to make the purchase? There for this has nothing to do with your square account.
