Credit Card Block for offline failed payment?

Can you add a function to add declined credit cards that are declined during offline so it doesnt happen again with same card? We run a non profit concessions stand and unfortunatly we have to run offline. This causes several credit cards to decline. I would like to add these cards to an automatic decline for previous payments so we can find out who it is. This would help for reocurring issues.

this is a great idea that has been brought up before, unfortunately, this isn't something that can be done now.

YES! I would love this option. We are also nonprofit and I pay fees out of my personal finances so as not to take money away from the kids and any declined card also comes out of my personal finances. This can add up and I have had to consider if this is the right option for us or do we go back to cash only.
