Regarding online orders and customers name on receipt

Hello, some time ago, when I received an order from a customer online, the customers name showed up very large in bold at the top of my receipt. Now it says ONLINE STORE, followed by some random letters, with the customers name real small below that.

I'd like to get back to the customers name showing up real large like it did before.

I run a food truck business, and I need to see their name quickly.
