Do the white square and chip reader have the info about the bank?

Do the white square and chip reader have the info about the bank? Or is that contained in the App on my telephone? I have two different Square accounts and don't know if the app icon on my phone is specific to one of them. If so, how do I get a second icon on my phone? And how do I tell the difference between them?

Welcome to the Community!

The readers don't hold any personal or business information on them. They just allow you to capture the payment information.

That information is stored in your account, which you can access through your app or internet browser.

Since you can only download one app - you will have to log out and log back in with the other account information.
