Open Ticket - API Help

I'm using both Square for Restaurants as well as the regular Square POS app.

I'm developing a custom app.

I need to find the open tickets/tabs using the API so that I can monitor quantities sold for open tabs.

I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Any help is appreciated.
