How do I delete a service listed under book now that cannot be found on my dashboard?

When customers click the 'book now' button on my business' Instagram profile, a default service that I do not offer is listed among the services I created. I was able to delete all other default services that were present when I created my account, but this service that customers are seeing is not visible to me on my dashboard, even when I search it by name. How can I delete it? Am I missing something?

Thanks for this advice! The representative I spoke with in the phone today was incredibly helpful and was able to fix this issue in a flash!
