How to Change/Subtract/Add a QR Code Station?

I've set up my QR Code for tables (13 tables) and it doesn't let me adjust the QR codes of the number of tables. How and where can I adjust the QR codes where I can add/subtract the number of tables?

Hello @MaricaOakland !

The QR code configuration screen is a little awkward to get to, that's for sure.

Online Dashboard -> Fulfillment -> Self Serve Ordering

Click on the location you are working on

On the screen that pops up on the right side, click Edit next to Ordering Cards. You can change the table count here.

I haven't been able to figure out if you need to reprint all the QR codes if you add tables yet. Whenever I play with my configuration here I print them all again just to be on the safe side. I'd hate to have two separate table 11s trying to order!

Does anyone know if I need to reprint ALL of the QR codes or just the new ones I created?

Reprinting all of the QR codes for safety seems costly and wasteful.

I cannot afford to make mistakes.

Hello @Halina

When you request QR codes we will provide you with a file that contains all the QR codes you requested. You can then choose which one you will need to print. You will only need to reprint codes for stations that you may have removed and created again. I hope this information is helpful!

@JJ_Thanks for the info! I wasn't sure if an upgrade to one QR code required the reprint of all of them. Now I know! 🤘
