Will the Square stand ever include a chip card reader or contactless reader? I would like it to be

The understand the Square stand can come with a contactless reader. I cannot tell if you can plug a chip card reader to the stand. It would really help if the stand and reader were one piece. I would not care if it was just a chip card reader or a contactless reader.

You can get the contactless reader with the stand. Because it's bluetooth, it does not need to be directly plugged into the stand. You can, however, plug it into the USB hub attached to the stand to keep it charged and connected.
