GSuite setup to connecting

I transferred my domain to Weebly. now Im trying to setup Gsuite via Weebly and it keeps giving me error.

Error

Failed Create Customer.

So sorry to hear about the trouble with your Gsuite setup and Online Store domain. We may need to gather some more context as to where exactly you are seeing this issue in order to determine where the discrepancy lays.

Where specifically in the setup process are you receiving this error message? Which specific browser are you using? If you could also include some screenshots of the issue, that would also be so helpful!

Hi @Joe I am having the same issue / error: Failed Create Customer.

Under Domains, I click Learn More from the Get a professional email address banner.
A Google Workspace dialog box appears.
I click Start 15-day free trial (only option)
Setup Google Workspace screen prompts to enter First name, Last name, password and new email address (the domain is already selected)
Click Continue

Failed Create Customer. pops up and I can't go any further. Tried different passwords and email addresses, to no avail. It's been a week and still an issue. Also disconnected the site and reconnect, still nothing.

Any ideas?
