API Orders not showing up on the sandbox

We are using the react-square-payment-form package to create a Checkout form on a React site. The form generates the nonce and buyerVerificationToken for use on the front-end successfully.

We're passing that to an Express backend, which sends the Payment request with these and the total amount. Using the Sandboxed environment, both of these requests return a successful response.

However, when looking at the Sandbox dashboard, we see no transactions coming in. We've verified all API keys, confirmed we are using the right API version on all sides. So we're not sure where the disconnect is.

We searched and found this post (https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Developer-Discussions/Why-order-is-not-showing-up-on-sandbox-dashboard/m-p/176782#M1849) but the steps here did not help.

I reached out to our API team and they said it looks like you might've already figured this out on your own.

If you still need help somewhere I'd recommend emailing us here and requesting to speak to the API team directly via email!

Hello,

I am trying to use the API to generate an order, I am using the API explorer to create the JSON message and I get a 200 back but never see the order in either the sandbox or production dashboards. However I can create a customer in both environments and I see the newly created customer.

I assume I am missing something, I have not yet activated my account as it is at the PoC stage.

This sounds similar to the issue raised above.

Hi @lrc2 - orders will only show up in the dashboard if:

1. It’s paid for completely
2. It has a fulfillment
