You can try connecting the Stand via a Ethernet cable to your&amp;nbsp;router which is generally faster than wifi&amp;nbsp;and provides greater reliability and security. Purchase one from a retailer like&amp;nbsp;Best Buy or Amazon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;But first, have you tried resetting your internet router or contacting your ISP ensure there are no issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, not a bad idea to check if the iOS and Square app version is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
