Need help with Tracking Orders based on where the online source originates....

Hi everyone, we've searched around and can't find an easy way to accomplish this..

We want to be able to track orders on the CustomVintageDesigns.com site to a campaign level. We're looking to launch a fund raising platform where $X of each sale will go back to the person that originated the online purchase.

For example, if John Smith were to take our link and share it on Facebook, his link might look like so:

https://www.customvintagedesigns.com/?utm_source=fundraisingactivities&utm_medium=wordofmouth&utm_campaign=john+smith&utm_id=facebook

We want to then be able to pull a report of any sales that this link originated.

We can't find a way to get this level of reporting from our Square Store.

Any thoughts or better ways to track inbound sales and orders from a specific source/link?

Hi @customvintage

It may be possible to track the data per link shared by integrating Google Analytics. I'm not 100% sure how specific the tracking is, but it's worth checking out.
