    <description>&lt;P&gt;Question on a contractor schedule - Is there a way, beside notes, on the schedule of hours to note something they can see? If I put a time block on the schedule, the notes section can't be seen by the contractor and I have some that are at different places during the week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
