    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a mobile unit so I use my phone for payments, starting late in October 2020, whenever I swiped a card my screen would go black 30 seconds or longer, sometimes I would have to turn off my phone and turn on to get the screen to get back on,&amp;nbsp; When it does come back on it would go to landscape mode instead of portrait mode with the tip bar in the middle of signing area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The app is up to date, I've force stopped the app and deleted the app and reinstalled, but it continued.&amp;nbsp; I finally disengaged the signature required and now it stays in portrait mode, but I really want customers to sign for their payment but I need it to stay in portrait mode, how do I fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;One thing I would like you to check would be the software on your device (not the app) - make sure that it is up to date too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Another option would be to uninstall the app, then download it again to help with these glitches.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if this doesn't do the trick!&lt;/P&gt;
