Update logo on text message marketing in-store signage

So I was going to print the in store signage for text messaging marketing and the logo that is generated is an old logo. I cannot find a way to customize or update the logo for this printout. I have looked at all of the places that I could find that my logo was and they were all with the updated logo.

Where I am having issues:

- Marketing

- Settings

- Text to join

- In-Store Signage (print)

Hello @JourneyTX and thanks for your question. I'm sorry your having trouble with your logo. Here is one area you can check on your account: from your dashboard:

Go to Account and Settings
Click on Business
Click on Location
Click on Nickname

You may find some logos/images in this area that are used for receipts, register screen images, etc. Check this and see if this has been updated.

HI @JourneyTX - Thanks for stopping by The Community.

Receipts can be very tricky sometime. Have you tried removing the logo that you don't want there completely before uploading another one? That may be useful to getting this resolved.

I do not see the old logo under any sections. I have gone through every location that I could find that may have a logo.
