Editing Clauses Frustrations

When editing a clause, I frequently click and drag to copy portions of text. If I drag off the white area of the clause box, the box disappears. This is incredibly frustrating and I leave irritated because none of the work is saved and I have to do it all over again.

If the clause box is open, and you click off the box, it disappears without saving.

It would be good if there was a dialog prompt to save before continuing.

I'm on macos catalina 10.15.7, chrome.
