Affiliate style marketing, inserting javascript into purchase confirmation

We have stores on Weebly Online Store/Square Online that want to join GoodCarts.

In short, sort of like affiliate marketing tracking we insert some javascript (via our Shopify app, Woo/WP plugin, and with custom integration instructions), in the template for the online receipt page.

Is this possible via Weebly and/or Square Online via "Tracking Tools: Checkout tracking" to have our javascript insert something that not only passes along data but presents some text and link that is visible in the receipt page as well?

We create custom guides by platform (example) and we would for Square Online/Weebly Online Store. But ideally we'd create an app that does this for the store and provides access to app settings, etc.

Any insights on the best path to explore this are appreciated. I'll be sharing this with our tech lead.
