I use Square POS (for Retail) and the Weebly (for online sales) integration. Below are two issues I observed while requesting the downland the viewing the output.

Issue 1 - Order CSV Export download should be immediate.

After I navigate to E-commerce > Online > Orders and click on Export, I receive a message asking me to check my inbox. Apparently, users must navigate away from Square; login to their mail account; find the export notification email -- only to click on yet another link to download the Order details to a CSV file. This is the only screen across Square's platform that behaves in this manner, which is so strange. There are a lot of unnecessary and extra steps in this process just to download a file.

Action: Streamline the process and execute the download immediately from within Square.

Issue 2 - GTIN is missing from Square Order CSV file.

After exporting the Order details to a CSV file, I noticed that the file did not include GTIN. It has the SKU, but not the GTIN, which is the newer field that was added to Square POS. Maybe adding it to this output file was an oversight.

Action: Please add GTIN to the Order CSV download file.

Thanks

Hi @GGH210,

We appreciate you taking the time to reach out with that feedback!

I can certainly see with issues #1 how annoying it would be to go through all through steps to obtain the information you need. As well as have key information like GTIN missing from the export. I suggest you submit a feature request, our Product Team is constantly improving our products based on feedback like this.

Again thank you for stopping with this valuable suggestion. Let us know if you need anything else!
