i need the option to create a restock item fee % , and be able to see this whenever a customer returns an item . This is totally necessary specially with the new refund policy implemented.

Hi @brooklynpets. Someone has already submitted a feature request to Square here. Go there and add your like/upvote along with any helpful and constructive comments you might have. Volunteer to be a beta tester if Square decides to implement this.

Unless the product team is already working on this, I’m pretty sure it will not be a quick rollout, even if they do decide to add it to the roadmap. This is because new software functionality takes time to design, test and then implement.

Lastly, there is a beta going on now called “Retail Redesign.” It’s possible that this beta already has restock functionality, but I have no way of knowing. You could try to join that beta, but I’m going to tag @nika who is that group admin. Maybe they will know more or be able to confirm whether restock functionality is in that redesign.
