Sending Mass Text Message to Clients

Not able to attached customers to massive text message I'm needing to send. I've imported contact info included phone number however it keeps saying that 0 have subscribed.

Hello @SOTR thanks for your post. See this article about Text Marketing. Have you had customers opt-in to receiving text messages? You cannot automatically send texts without first having customers give permission. See the same article above for details about getting customers to opt-in....

"When you sign up for Text Message Marketing, you will receive a unique phone number that you can share via social media, email or at your physical business. Customers can text JOIN to this number to agree to receive text messages from you."

In this fast paced world, many people prefer instant communication through text messages. Therefore, I kindly request the implementation of a mass text messaging feature within the Square app or online...without Square sending marketing text. We just want the option to contact our clients If it's a change or emergency.

You are correct, this would be considered a feature request. Although this feature isn’t currently available with Square, it’s a great idea and I can see how it would be beneficial to your business.
