I am having the same issue with I-Phone 6!! All it does is spin around and around! I have sales that I need to add to Square and I can't seem to get it to work! Any suggestions??? (it's been over a yr since I used the app-should I just download a NEW one??) Any help woud be appreciated! Getting totally frustrated!

I too have an iPhone 6 with the same problem. Afraid to delete and start over cause there are so many products listed. Not a clue what to do!

Try removing app and reloading it onto your iPhone. Also try to go back to an older iOS if you still can. I believe there is a huge issue with iOS 9.3.1 with many devices. I have a problem where my iPad3 will not sync with my 2 stands and I'm trying to get help.
